About The Position

The Academic Commons is looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized student to join our team. In this role, you’ll help students in their academic success. You’ll get to work closely with other students, staff, and senior missionaries — helping with appointments, outreach projects, mentoring, and more. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a positive, collaborative environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Requirements

• You’re a current student in good academic standing
• You’re reliable and take responsibility for your work
• You enjoy working with people and helping your peers succeed
• You’re a team player who communicates well and contributes positively
• You have good organizational skills and attention to detail
• High School
• 3 Months of General Work Experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and help schedule appointments
• Plan and carry out student outreach activities and events
• Assist senior missionaries with their STDEV courses
• Mentor students who are looking to strengthen their study skills
• Help with other Academic Commons projects as needed
