About The Position
Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach Are you committed to helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Academic Coaches for part-time work. This is an excellent role for college students, teachers, or anyone with a deep passion for education. What We're Looking For: We’re hiring Academic Coaches who can support High School students in a range of STEM subjects, including: Core Subjects: Algebra, Pre-Cal, Bio, Chemistry Advanced Coursework: AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, Calculus BC Test Prep (Preferred): SAT, ACT The Academic Coach Experience: Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home. A highly supportive and collaborative team environment Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches W-2 employment status
Requirements
- Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
- Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
- Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
- Are available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm)
