The Academic Advisor reports to the Director of Academic Advising. The ECE Academic Advisor will work closely with department leadership and the COEN advising office to facilitate premium support for the Department’s academic programs. Position responsibilities include building relationships with students to help them identify viable academic goals and degree plans through clear communication of policies and procedures; facilitate student exploration and understanding of academic skills, strengths, and challenges; orienting students to university curricular and co-extra-curricular opportunities. This position will help students lay the foundation for success at Boise State University. This is an internal opportunity open only to current, benefit-eligible employees of Boise State University.
