About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Able Seaman to join our team. As an Able Seaman, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. You will work closely with the Captain and other crew members to maintain the vessel, equipment, and cargo. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be critical to the success of our operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

• Valid Able Seaman certification
• Experience working on offshore work vessels
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Ability to work long hours and in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with navigation and electronic charting systems
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations
• Experience with cargo handling and stowage
• Experience with maintenance and repair of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Experience with firefighting and first aid

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on the vessel and equipment
• Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo
• Navigating the vessel under the direction of the Captain
• Monitoring and maintaining safety equipment and protocols
• Assisting with emergency response procedures
