The ABI Case Manager at Cooperative Production plays a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and various disabilities. The ABI Case Manager will work closely with clients to provide case management, transportation, and support in developing social relationships, as well as training in therapeutic, recreational, and personal living skills. The ABI Case Manager will also supervise assigned staff, ensuring adherence to agency policies and providing necessary training and feedback. The position requires collaboration with other staff members to coordinate services across various program components, as well as the development and monitoring of Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
