Abeka Inbound Supervisor The Inbound Supervisor supervises employees in the customer service area, monitoring incoming contacts and quality of work. Assists Inbound Agents and customers with resolving account issues, including financial matters such as invoice reconciliation, payment plans, and taxes. The Supervisor assists the Customers Service Manager with special projects. This is an on campus position only.
