About The Position

Eco Safe Abatement, a leader in asbestos abatement and removal services in Oregon and Washington, is seeking an experienced manager to join our team. We deliver reliable, eco-friendly solutions with a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. Prior abatement experience is preferred, but not required. Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in management role, abatement project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience running crews and managing teams in an abatement or construction environment.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon and Washington Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Certification. This requires successful completion of supervisor-level training, at least one year of full-scale friable asbestos abatement experience (including use of powered air-purifying respirators), and documented experience on at least ten separate friable asbestos abatement projects
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for asbestos and hazardous material removal.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of abatement supervisors and workers
  • Ensure projects are executed from estimate creation through completion, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and direct abatement crews, providing clear guidance and support to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
  • Coordinate site decontamination and clearance testing post-removal.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Assist with business development and marketing efforts to expand the business with other restoration companies
