About The Position

Develop and manage PAC engineering strategy and direction to meet PAC strategic objectives for key pillars. Create, align and drive compliance in global PAC BKM and business process. Collaborate with global peer groups from sites, Technology Development (TD), central teams and suppliers to implement strategic objectives to achieve Best-in-Class (BIC) performance. Define, prioritize and manage resources for the PAC engineering with metrics across key projects based on strategic objectives. Drive fab expansion and site startup, new technology transfer, first of a kind tool enablement, new PAC technology adoption and supplier engagement to meet strategic objectives. Define and drive environmental sustainability strategy across network to achieve corporate environmental sustainability goals. Develop and supervise metrics for benchmarking Fabs performance, collaborate with Fabs and other functional areas to develop strategic objectives with agreed business processes, standardize PAC equipment, and lead multi-functional initiatives or enabling projects that support company objectives. Provide tactical support and coordination with the fab team to resolve key issues upon request.

Requirements

• Masters/bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field of experience
• 3-5 years in leadership roles managing team performance with relevant semiconductor working experience
• 1+ years of experience in PAC (pump, abatement, chiller)
• Willingness to travel to Asia 3-5 times a year, for around 1-2 weeks per trip
• Chemical engineering degree/background
