This position performs a variety of direct service functions for persons served who are enrolled in Autism program services, including services for adults and children. This position reports to: Autism Clinical Supervisor Essential Functions Carries out daily program plans as prescribed through the individual plan of service and the Behavioral Treatment Plan. Assists persons served with the administration of medication as prescribed. Assists with the preparation of daily programming, organizing and assembling materials, and proper cleanup and storage of materials. Participates in person centered planning-related meetings as requested. Documents the progress of persons served through the completion of clinical service notes. Completes other agency documentation and training as required. Effectively and professionally communicates with families, persons served, and coworkers.
