Autism Behavior Technician Part Time Must be available for after school & evening hours Duties: - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Collect and record data on Consumer progress and behavior - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals - Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment strategies - Support Consumers in developing social, communication, and daily living skills - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for Consumers Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team At Lapeer CMH, we offer comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities for Behavior Technicians.
