As the BT Recruiter, you will be the voice of Horizon Blue ABA's talent acquisition, working in the office alongside the leadership team and serving as the first point of contact for individuals interested in joining our team. You'll be sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and guiding applicants through the hiring process with clarity and enthusiasm. This role requires excellent communication skills, genuine empathy, and the ability to move things forward efficiently while juggling multiple candidates and priorities.
