As the BT Recruiter, you will be the voice of Horizon Blue ABA's talent acquisition, working in the office alongside the leadership team and serving as the first point of contact for individuals interested in joining our team. You'll be sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and guiding applicants through the hiring process with clarity and enthusiasm. This role requires excellent communication skills, genuine empathy, and the ability to move things forward efficiently while juggling multiple candidates and priorities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA recruiting for high-volume RBT/BT roles.
  • Experience using Indeed Resume for sourcing, along with managing a high volume of incoming candidates efficiently.
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience navigating the complexity of location-based in-home RBT/BT and schedules
  • Ability to report in person to the office location in Brooklyn
  • Proven ability to work in close collaboration with incoming candidates and internal team members.
  • Experience using Indeed Resume for sourcing, along with managing a high volume of incoming candidates efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lever ATS system preferred and/or database management
