The ABA Content Developer role is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of behavior analytic courses used as part of three professional development streams: pre-certification (test prep) assessments and courses; just-in-time professional development assessments and micro-trainings across the behavior analytic job market; and continuing education courses provided for an online, asynchronous platform. Secondarily, they will provide support as needed in the design and development of non-behavior analytic courses often required of ABA providers by regulatory agencies (e.g., bloodborne pathogens, mandated reporter, HIPAA, etc.). Additionally, they will serve as part of an editorial peer review team, reviewing other developers’ courses for content, structure, and design. The ABA Content Developer role will report to the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Shannon Hill, BCBA-D; and is supported by course developers and production specialists.
