No prior experience? No problem! We'll provide support through the RBT process, mentorship, and all the tools you need to shine. Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor's a plus)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit on the floor comfortably
• Reliable car and willingness to drive between client locations
• CPR certification or ability to obtain it before starting

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy sessions in homes, schools, or clinics
• Encourage clients to build confidence and independence
• Record session data and communicate progress with your BCBA
• Bring creativity and positivity into every interaction
