About The Position

The Server at Aaltos is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and consistently providing friendly, efficient, and responsive customer service that results in exceptional guest satisfaction. Please note that availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is required for this role. Requirements

• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is required for this role.
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently recognize and resolve issues and concerns.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Ability to Commute: Grand Forks, ND 58201 (Required)

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and acknowledge guests in a friendly and polite manner.
• Be prepared to review features or to answer any questions regarding features.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to upsell items to guests.
• Ensure menu items are accurate and presentable.
• Clear tables after guests have left.
• All other duties as assigned.
