As an A&W Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and leading your team to deliver fast, high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work side-by-side with your team to create a welcoming, efficient, and clean environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred.
• Strong focus on teamwork, guest service, and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn, lead by example, and help your team grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding guest service and food quality.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment, even during busy shifts.
• Assist with training, coaching, and providing feedback to team members.
• Oversee food prep, inventory, and cleanliness to ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Handle cash, close registers, and ensure accurate shift reporting.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help manage inventory, stock rotation, and product ordering.
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed.
