FWS A&P Open Lab Student Tutor
About The Position
This position is intended to assist students enrolled in anatomy and physiology by providing support in the anatomy and physiology open labs and/or instructor-conducted labs. Hours will vary according to open lab hours (afternoon/evenings) and/or instructor lab hours. Positions are available at main campus and Akron location. This position requires federal work study eligibility. Please verifiy eligibility with Financial Aid before applying. Applicant must be enrolled as a Stark State student, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have successfully completed BIO121, BIO122 or BIO123 with a minimum of a B in the course(s) and be recommended for the position by a Stark State anatomy and physiology instructor. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to help others, and be comfortable working with cadavers.
Requirements
- Federal work study eligibility
- Enrolled as a Stark State student
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Successfully completed BIO121, BIO122 or BIO123 with a minimum of a B in the course(s)
