About The Position

Aircraft Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and alterations on company and client aircraft while strictly adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This role is critical in ensuring aircraft airworthiness and the safety of team members, customers, and passengers. Technicians inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain aircraft components including engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, brakes, valves, pumps, and air-conditioning systems. They diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, repair or replace defective parts, and test aircraft systems to ensure proper operation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate maintenance records, documenting discrepancies and corrective actions, and signing mechanical flight releases. Technicians may also repair sheet metal or composite structures and rely on pilot reports to identify and resolve equipment issues.

Requirements

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
  • Minimum 1 year of A&P experience, preferably in line maintenance on Boeing 767 aircraft
  • 12 months of B767 experience or experience on similar transport-category aircraft
  • Experience working under FAR Parts 121, 125, or 145
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
  • Clear communication skills with team members and customers
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and sit for extended periods and work in physically demanding environments
  • Ability to meet regulatory requirements under FAR 121.378(a)

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems
  • Complete airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications in compliance with company, client, and FAA regulations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and aircraft wiring diagrams
  • Remove, disassemble, install, and test aircraft components and systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation and work orders
  • Operate tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment
  • Tow and park aircraft as required
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Uphold company values of safety, integrity, respect, and trust
  • Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
