RMC is hiring an A&A Analyst to support our customer in Crane, IN. The selected applicant will: Perform data gathering and develop documentation to provide vulnerability assessment at the system level Develop and maintain system certification and accreditations according to DoD's Risk Management Framework (RMF), POAM, and Documentation Participate in system vulnerability audits utilizing current scanning tools Perform compliance assessment and produce analysis reports for accredited systems Participate in collaboration calls with upper echelon working groups Conduct an independent, comprehensive assessment of the management, operational, and technical controls employed within or inherited by a Navy system. Assess and verify that systems have implemented the approved security control baseline Provide response to assigned Service Now incident requested and service requests Perform data gathering and develop documentation to provide vulnerability assessment at the system level Position requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 years in Information Assurance and/or system security Bachelor's/Graduate degree or equivalent in work experience An active, in-scope US government issued security clearance is required A current DoD 8570 compliant IAM II certification is required Skilled with Microsoft Office products Customer service focused with excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills Able to develop and execute detailed plans for cybersecurity projects Able to multi-task and work independently within a team environment Understanding of DoD and Army IA policies, guidance, and best practices Understanding of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) Strong ability to develop effective written procedures and SOPs to guide daily operations Experience using DoD IA tools (e.g., eMASS, ACAS, Nessus, Trellix) At RMC, we're committed to your career growth! Requirements

  • Position requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 years in Information Assurance and/or system security
  • Bachelor's/Graduate degree or equivalent in work experience
  • An active, in-scope US government issued security clearance is required
  • A current DoD 8570 compliant IAM II certification is required
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office products
  • Customer service focused with excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to develop and execute detailed plans for cybersecurity projects
  • Able to multi-task and work independently within a team environment
