As a 90-Day Collector , you’ll manage accounts that are over three payments past due and play a key role in reducing delinquency for Westlake Financial. This position requires persistence, attention to detail, and strong skip-tracing and negotiation skills to help customers bring their accounts current and locate collateral when necessary. Contact customers with accounts more than 90 days past due to discuss payment options and resolve delinquencies. Use skip-tracing techniques to locate customers who are difficult to reach and identify collateral locations. Negotiate payment solutions tailored to each customer’s situation to help bring accounts current. Achieve monthly goals while maintaining quality, compliance, and professionalism. Collaborate with repossession agents to recover collateral when required. Reduce delinquency rates in your assigned queue through consistent follow-up and strategic communication. Handle a high volume of calls efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
