The Role The Project Manager leads project teams of internal and external stakeholders to convert the defined contribution plans of new clients to Fidelity or make changes to the plans of existing clients. The Team As part of the Implementation group within Workplace Investing the Project Manager plays a critical role leading a project team and coordinating project efforts with internal business partners such as other groups within Implementation, ongoing client service teams, Participant Services, Financial Operations, etc. The project team also works with external resources, including client staff and third-party vendors.
