This is a temporary, full-time position running from June 11, 2026, through August 6, 2026, averaging 40 hours per week. The position will serve as a 4-H Youth Development Program Educator with the Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County, supporting summer 4-H youth programs and events. This role will support summer 4-H youth programming, including the planning and facilitation of a one-week Clover Bud Summer Camp for youth ages 5–7 with up to 10 youth, the 4-H Career Explorations Program (June 30–July 2, 2026), and 4-H youth programming during the Jefferson County Fair (July 12–July 18, 2026). Responsibilities include general program support, youth supervision, assisting with educational activities and events, and supporting 4-H staff and volunteers throughout the summer. The position will also assist with coordinating youth activities, educational exhibits, and hands-on learning opportunities for youth participating in fair programming.
