Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Machine Operator/Packer 📍 Location: Elkhorn, WI 🕒 Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM 💼 Position Type: Full-Time 💲2.00/hour Shift Differential Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Your key responsibilities include:

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting
• Basic computer and math skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and availability for overtime
• Team-oriented and dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of consistent work history
• Prior manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery according to safety and quality standards
• Performing visual and physical inspections to prevent defects
• Conducting quality audits and recording production data
• Packing and palletizing finished goods for shipment
• Maintaining supplies to minimize machine downtime
• Communicating with team members during shift transitions
• Participating in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting coworkers and supporting a team-oriented environment
