As a 3M Personal Safety Division Sales Trainer , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Coordinate and lead external channel partner training sessions including in-person training in St. Paul, and virtual training sessions. Be the SME and lead for all sales process related trainings content and session, as we all as sales tools and technologies. Applying sales process, product, portfolio and industry knowledge to training, and acting as a learning and development consultant within PSD. Conducting engaging and interactive instructor led training sessions for PSD sales professionals at different stages of career (from beginner to expert). Collaborate with the PSD Expertise Delivery team on PSD portfolio training solutions for internal sales professionals, including in-person training, eLearning, and virtual. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of PSD training initiatives. Providing ongoing coaching and support to PSD sales professionals through ride-along’s and virtual 1:1 engagement. Engage and represent PSD in program development and deployment for Drive (Sales Managers training program) and ACE (3M Channel professionals’ program). Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales training. Establishing and owning relationships with key stakeholders within the division, across global areas, departments and levels of leadership. Collaborating closely with regional leaders, portfolios leaders, Application Engineers and key stakeholders.
