About The Position

Here at Meshy, the world's leading 3d GenAI platform, we have been seeing explosive growth in the 3d printing commercial space. We're looking for our first 3D Printing Partnerships Manager — a commercial builder who will own Meshy's relationships across the 3D printing ecosystem from the ground up. This is a 0-to-1 role: you'll identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with 3D printing companies, farms, print-and-ship manufacturers, and other players who can bring Meshy-generated assets into the physical world. You'll work closely with our leadership team to design partnership structures — from revenue sharing to volume-based contracts — and prove out a new go-to-market motion for Meshy. As this market is still being shaped, you'll also have the opportunity to plug into customer success and product marketing as needs evolve. If you want ownership, high impact, and the chance to build something lasting in a space ripe for hyper-growth and disruption, this is your role.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial role at a 3d printing tech company or high-tech startup
  • Proven track record of independently sourcing, structuring, and closing partnership deals — ideally with manufacturers, supply chain, or physical-world operators in the 3d printing space
  • Strong understanding of partnership contract structures: revenue sharing, white-label agreements, volume-based pricing, or similar commercial models
  • AI-native builder: regularly use AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable etc. in existing workflows for outreach, research, data analyses, collateral creation etc.
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust with both technical leaders and operations-oriented business partners
  • Self-starter who thrives in early-stage, ambiguous environments — you are structured, analytical, and resourceful in defining processes and solving problems
  • Existing network in the 3D printing, digital fabrication, generative AI, or creator/maker ecosystem that you could bring to the role

Nice To Haves

  • Prior early-stage startup experience spanning customer-facing functions (i.e. partnerships, sales, product management, customer success etc.)
  • Background in additive manufacturing, physical product development, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with 3D file formats, printing workflows, or the CAD/generative design space

Responsibilities

  • Map the 3D printing landscape including manufacturers, farms, print-and-ship services, fulfillment networks, hardware partners, DTC shops. You'll build a prioritized pipeline of targets globally
  • Lead end-to-end partnership deals: from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, close, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Design scalable partner programs with clear onboarding, incentive structures, and co-marketing frameworks
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-branded campaigns with key 3d printing partners to drive mutual growth
  • Represent Meshy at industry events, trade shows, and maker communities to deepen ecosystem presence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for active 3d printing partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term relationship health
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics, identify friction points early, and ensure relationships convert to measurable business impact
  • Work closely with Product and Sales teams to surface 3d printing-specific use cases and champion features that serve our 3d printing partners
  • Build playbooks and resources that help partners and customers get maximum value from Meshy's platform
  • Create enablement materials, case studies, and external-facing content that communicates Meshy's value in the 3D printing context
  • Act as the voice of the 3D printing ecosystem internally, synthesizing partner and customer feedback into insights for the product, GTM, and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and campaigns targeting 3D printing audiences

Benefits

  • Stock options available for core team members.
  • 401(k) plan for employees.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • The latest and best office equipment.
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
  • Flexible work environment, with options for remote and on-site work.
  • Unlimited, flexible time off.
