About The Position

Lamp Rynearson is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of 3D Practice Lead in its Omaha office, one of its three locations. As the leader of this team, you would be responsible for the strategy and technical execution of all geospatial and 3D modeling work. Requirements

Ability to lead a team that is focused on 3D Scanning, Modeling and Geospatial services
Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
Eagerness to learn new software
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Good written, oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice To Haves

Computer programming experience
Knowledge of point clouds a plus
Background in computer science, gaming technology, 3D animation, 3D modeling and enterprise GIS systems
Knowledge of laser scanning, photogrammetry and related software is a plus
Topographic survey experience is a plus
