About The Position

The 340B Director of Program Integrity will administer the 340B Program to accomplish the accurate and timely close of 340B settlements. About the Role: Perform concurrent high-level review of monthly 340B settlement reports, 340B replenishment schedules, and journal entries for accounting Reviews monthly outputs from internal software for accuracy and compliance Coordinates with Regional Managers and Analysts to ensure monthly settlements and 340B replenishment orders are timely and accurate Available to join managers and analysts with 340B entity clients to review settlement reports and discuss each client’s program as needed Conducts ongoing monthly and quarterly audits to assure 340B compliance Monitors for 340B pricing exclusions or shortages and coordinates appropriate alternative products Regularly communicates with 340B Team to ensure that processes remain efficient and addresses any problems or suggestions for improvement Ensures that leadership is aware of any potential optimization opportunities that are identified Assist with implementation and monitoring of program enhancements/optimization Works closely with systems/IT teams to identify issues, troubleshoot and develop enhancements to the 340B IT systems Develops and documents training and competency materials for the 340B Team Conducts ongoing 340B program training and coaching for team members Participate in interviews, selection, orientation, and training of new employees Provides input on staff performance including providing feedback for performance Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in the 340B Drug Pricing Program through participation in industry forums, publications, and conference presentations. Coordinates accounting activities between 340B recon team, analyst team and Accounting team. Collaborates with Sales and Account Management functions as it relates to 340B Maintains up-to-date knowledge on 340B rules and regulations Complete tasks as assigned by the SVP, 340B Program Management Travel required up to 25%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 7 + years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, or Pharmacy preferred
  • Current or ability to obtain 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) certification through Apexus within 6 months of hire
  • Advanced understanding of compliance and operational management within the 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Able to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees
  • Proactive in identifying and analyzing problems and providing solutions
