About The Position

Set assignments for the team and follow up with job completion Empty all trash receptacles Check and re-stock restrooms Dry mop, dust, touch up and other light housekeeping Floor cleaning involving strip, buff, and wax. Deep clean all bathrooms Vacuuming of carpets Deep cleaning of the library and kitchenets on both floors Remove trash, mop, sweep and clean chairs and tables of café room Dusting and disinfect equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc... Requirements

  • Experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory position.
  • At least 5 years of floor care experience including stripping, buffing, and waxing.
  • At least 4 years of cleaning experience.
  • Must be able to complete a background check and a drug test
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions
  • Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
