Your Opportunity: Taylor Communications is looking for a 2nd Shift Press/Print Operating Technician to join the team at our Radcliff, KY facility. Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, with overtime as required. Your Responsibilities: Carry out detailed job order instructions accurately and precisely while identifying possible errors or issues and taking prompt corrective action Set up and adjust press equipment for job runs to meet specifications Monitor product quality during job runs and check detail against specifications, making adjustments as needed Monitor equipment performance during job runs, remain alert to mechanical issues, and involve maintenance as needed Start and run jobs according to the production schedule Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep Meet production standards for output, waste, and spoilage Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient shift changeovers Complete related logs and paperwork accurately About Taylor One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
