What Drives Success The Dynomate Machine Operators primary function is to ensure the setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.
Requirements
- Must be able to read/write in English.
- Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.
- Must be able to work a 10 hour/day schedule.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)
Responsibilities
- Record accurate daily production while maintaining production quotas.
- Ensuring the inspection of the quality of the product during daily production.
- Perform minor adjustments of the roll-forming machine as needed.
- Ensure proper markings are affixed to the product fabric.
- Ensure product is packaged in the appropriate carton and labels are affixed.
- Ensure finished packaged product is placed on skids.
- Ensure presses and dies are lubricated when required.
- Maintain work area clean and free of debris.
- Ensure the recording of scrap.
- Load any and all raw material as needed.
- Notify the supervisor when a machine is not working properly.
- Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections.
- Assist with annual physical inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
