Requirements

• 2+ years as an Order Picker and leading a team of Order Pickers in a Distribution Center.
• A team-focused leader who enjoys helping others grow and succeed
• A clear, confident communicator who provides coaching and constructive feedback
• A safety champion who does the right thing—even when no one’s watching
• Someone ready to make a daily impact on outbound performance and team morale
• Ability to travel to other Phillips Pet sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new and current team members in Outbound functions, including picking, packing, loading, and shipping—lead with confidence and clarity
• Support new hires as they build speed, accuracy, and consistency to meet (and exceed!) outbound productivity standards
• Provide retraining and on-the-spot coaching when performance or safety needs a reset
• Partner closely with Outbound Supervisors by sharing progress updates, observations, and readiness of new associates
• Serve as a mentor and positive presence throughout the 90-day onboarding period—and as a go-to resource after
• Contribute feedback for 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews to help develop strong, dependable outbound team members
• Model a safety-first mindset every day—PPE compliance, safe lifting, equipment awareness, and accountability on the floor
