Conagra Brands in Marshall, Missouri, is seeking qualified individuals to fill entry-level openings in the production department for the 2nd shift, which runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This role is essential in ensuring that food products are available for dispensing on multiple production lines. As a Line Servicer, you will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities, which employs over 800 individuals. You will report directly to Production Supervisors and will be responsible for supporting the production lines by palletizing and stacking products for shipping, as well as assisting in the set-up and shut down of the lines. In this position, you will be required to lift, push, pull, and carry products and raw materials weighing less than 40 pounds. Additionally, you will need to lift waist-height pallets weighing between 45 to 75 pounds and carry tubs that can weigh up to 85 pounds. You will also be expected to push and pull rolling tubs containing up to 300 pounds of material. This role is physically demanding and requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in the production process. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education. Applicants must also be able to pass a background screening process and complete a post-offer drug screen.
