Requirements

• A team player

• Ability to train new team members
• Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts, bend, lift 10 lbs
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Adaptable to changes in workflow and processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach all employees in department on specific shift
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in direct to film department
• Will need to help run printers, cut, weed, and process
• Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues
• Ensure the safe use of the equipment and enforce safety guidelines
• Understand current printing and QC processes
• Set and communicate production goals
• Monitor production output and identify issues
