About The Position

PSEG is seeking a Technical Intern for the Customer Operations - Payment Assistance Outreach (PAO) team. This hybrid position involves working closely with professionals in outreach related to energy assistance, communication, and collections. The intern will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the company's mission of supporting customers in need of payment assistance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work, Communications, or Marketing from an accredited institution.
  • Must have completed sophomore level coursework.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required.

Nice To Haves

  • 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Proficient in data tools such as Excel.
  • Involvement in community or non-profit organizations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.

Responsibilities
