Within Adobe’s Digital Experience (DX) Cloud organization, we are laser focused on meeting our customers' needs. To best inform and prepare our customers to purchase an Adobe Digital Experience Solution, our Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group works to better understand a customer’s business and technical requirements, map them to the right Digital Experience Cloud solutions, and paint the vision for their future state tech stack. The Sales Velocity team works within the TPS organization to ac celerate sales cycles, strengthen solution impact, and secure customer confidence through building scalable tools, curating asset libraries, and developing bespoke customer services. This is primarily an internal-facing role where key responsibilities include helping pre-sales teams close more deals by innovating on the current and future tools that we present to customers (i.e. product demonstrations, presentations, and reusable user journeys) , curating libraries of assets, analyzing our pre-sales demo strategy, and developing internal operating maturity frameworks to help bolster our intrinsic value to Adobe.
