About The Position

The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals. Graduates are expected to start no later than January 2026. The US structured products effort in the US is new to Marex. Marex has existing technology and the global experience to now focus resources on opportunities in the US structured products market. The depth of knowledge amongst its existing teams, divisions, and the new US structured products leadership team provides a unique opportunity to build a US structured products franchise, providing its customers with issuer/credit diversification, competitive pricing, and a wide variety of customer sought after financial products. The Solutions – Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Marex Solutions’ EMEA business by delivering high-quality sales coverage across FX, Commodity, and Equity products. This position focuses on creating value and capturing revenue from existing clients while driving new business opportunities in collaboration with trading and other internal teams. By combining market expertise, analytical skills, and strong client engagement, the analyst ensures precise execution, compliance, and operational efficiency across complex transactions. In today’s dynamic and highly regulated financial markets, the Solutions – Sales Analyst acts as a strategic partner to the business, reinforcing Marex’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and superior client service. The role supports onboarding and relationship management, contributes to product development and technology enhancements, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Through collaboration with stakeholders across Credit, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations, the analyst safeguards the company’s reputation while driving growth and delivering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field required.
  • Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality sales coverage across the EMEA region for clients of Marex Solutions, dealing in FX, Commodity & Equity products.
  • Create value and capture revenues from existing client base contributing to the growth of the EMEA Commodities or Structured Notes business.
  • Work closely with Trading, and other divisions of the firm in driving synergies and potential new business opportunities.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across the business (Credit / Compliance / Legal / Onboarding / Ops / Trading / Risk / Technology) to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures with regards to day-to-day business activity and client communication.
  • Correspond with clients including corporates, (private) banks, family offices, trading houses, and some institutional clients.
  • Support senior team members with coverage of existing clients, onboarding of new clients, and business development workflows such as assisting with the setting up new products, management of tech platforms and creation of new tools to increase efficiency.
  • Assist with the onboarding of any new client relationships, maintaining existing client relationships, assisting with support processes as required by colleagues, and engaging and updating clients.
  • Support with making efficiencies e.g. assisting in the preparation of any new required frameworks.
  • Collaborate with central operations functions which support the trading role including but not limited to Operations and Technology.
  • Perform analysis of markets and products to inform strategic discussions on how to increase P&L.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

  • To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
