About The Position

Our Human Resources Organizational Development Internship offers hands-on experience supporting learning, development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that drive real business outcomes. As an intern, you’ll partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to analyze learning needs, support onboarding and development programs, and help translate organizational priorities into impactful people solutions. Requirements

  • Must be an active student in a bachelor’s degree program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities (University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present written, oral, and electronic proposals, summaries, and recommendations to HR and management stakeholders.
  • Support the development of instructional and learning materials by identifying gaps in employee knowledge, skills, and behaviors and assisting with learning needs analyses.
  • Participate in professional development and organizational effectiveness initiatives, gaining hands-on experience applying OD and learning concepts to real business challenges.
  • Assist with project work related to onboarding, training programs, and organizational initiatives, including developing procedures, conducting operational or business analysis, and supporting the evaluation of performance measures.
  • Compile and analyze learning and development metrics; assist with forecasting training demand, participation, and resource needs.
