An internship is a temporary position within 3M. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10–12-week assignment. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Undergraduate UX Design Intern on the Safety & Industrial Business Group (SIBG) digital tools team, you will help shape user-centered digital experiences that support industrial safety, productivity, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with UX Designers, Design Researchers, and technical and business partners on projects that make a meaningful impact within 3M’s digital ecosystem. You’ll receive mentorship, structured onboarding, and hands-on opportunities that strengthen your skills in UX design, research, and digital product development.
