This is a reality for AbbVie's Interns. The primary goal for this position will be Time Study execution. Intern will be partnering with our data analyst to understand volumes and source data. They will network with business partners to calculate and verify time spent on order processing and exception handling. This person will be encouraged to submit ideas for continuous improvements given their overviews of the business processes and limited visibility to processing systems. Secondary goals may include but are not limited to: Gathering efficiencies with phone systems and Interactive Voice Response, continuous improvement recommendations for KANA system (used to gather customer inquiries), data analytics and reporting.
