Available opportunities within Communications & Special Events at Mary Kay this summer: Sales Force Development Intern - The Sales Force Development Intern will support the Independent Sales Force, facilitatemunication of information between Mary Kay Corporate and the Independent Beauty Consultants, and administer sales force programs, policies, and guidelines. Sales Force Total Rewards Intern - The Sales Force Total Rewards Intern will plan our largest and most excitingpany event, Seminar. Event Specialist Intern - The Event Specialist Intern will assist with planning and execution of Mary Kay's major conferences and events, from registration and app management to on-site logistics and customer support. Summer Program Details: The Mary Kay 2026 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from late May to early August. All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour. Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week. Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R D Facility in Lewisville, TX. Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop. Requirements

Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master's degree
To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience creating in Canva (preferred, not required)
Hospitality and/or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
