Planning interns will be located in Sasaki s Boston Office.

Requirements

  • Willingness to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on research, graphics, and writing for master planning, space programming, and urban design projects
  • Strong analysis, synthesis, research, and verbal and graphic communication skills and interest in projects such as urban districts, mixed use environments, neighborhood and regional plans, new communities and town centers, corporate employment and technology campuses, college and university campuses, resilience planning, and parks, recreation, and environmental planning

Responsibilities

  • Contributions to and initiation of project planning ideas
  • Research, analysis, and implementation strategies development
  • Ongoing project graphics, layout, and writing as part of interdisciplinary project teams within Sasaki
  • Assist with different phases of planning projects, helping project teams with their daily functions and roles
  • Exposure to the various aspects and general operations of a multi-disciplinary design firm
