About The Position

Position Overview: Foundational knowledge of user access management concepts (Role-Based Access Control, least privilege, segregation of duties). Key Responsibilities: The intern will primarily support IT compliance initiatives across Manufacturing and Quality systems, with a strong focus on user access governance and SOP lifecycle management. They will analyze current user access across systems such as eLogbook, LIMS, DMS, and selected ERP modules to identify gaps related to role - based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and inactive or excessive access. In parallel, the intern will build a centralized tracker for SOP periodic reviews, assess current compliance status, and highlight overdue or at - risk areas. They will also contribute to developing dashboards (Power BI or Excel) to provide visibility into access reviews, SOP compliance, and overall audit readiness for IT and Quality leadership. Additionally, the intern will support documentation and standardization of user access processes, including provisioning, modification, and deactivation workflows, ensuring alignment with GxP and SOX expectations. They will assist in identifying inconsistencies across systems and sites and propose improvements toward a more standardized access governance model. The role will also involve supporting audit readiness activities by preparing reports, compiling evidence, and assisting IT and Quality teams during internal or external audits. Overall, the intern will gain hands - on experience at the intersection of IT systems, compliance, and manufacturing operations while contributing to closing critical control gaps. Qualifications: Data Analytics (with focus on compliance reporting / audit analytics) What You'll Gain: The intern will gain hands - on exposure to IT operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, working at the intersection of IT, Quality, and Manufacturing. They will participate in cross - functional meetings with IT, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Compliance teams, gaining practical understanding of how enterprise systems (eLogbook, LIMS, DMS, ERP) support shop floor operations and regulatory requirements. The intern will also be exposed to GxP and SOX compliance frameworks, including user access controls, audit readiness, and SOP lifecycle management, providing real - world context beyond academic learning. In addition, the intern will have opportunities to interact with site users and stakeholders, observe manufacturing floor and lab operations (as applicable), and understand how system controls directly impact operational efficiency and compliance. They will develop technical skills in data analysis, reporting (Power BI/Excel), and process documentation, while also building professional skills such as stakeholder communication, problem - solving, and presenting insights. The internship will culminate in a final presentation to IT and Quality leadership, offering visibility into leadership expectations, decision - making, and digital transformation initiatives within a global pharmaceutical organization. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED—Required Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required Additional Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.) The rates are fixed based on the years of undergraduate/graduate schooling completed as of the start of the program. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of wages that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.

Requirements
