Key Responsibilities: Process Design and Simulation (30%) – Assist in designing, modeling, and simulating mechanical systems or chemical processes Process Optimization and Efficiency (30%) – Analyze workflows, energy usage, or material handling to identify improvements. Support process optimization projects and suggest efficiency enhancements. Technical Documentation (20%) – Prepare reports, technical drawings, and SOPs for engineering projects or experiments. Own documentation for assigned tasks. Cross - Functional Engineering Projects (20%) – Collaborate with other engineering, production, and quality teams on projects like plant upgrades, process improvement, or troubleshooting. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED—Required
  • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.)
