Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, purs u ing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
  • Graduating between Spring 202 6 - Fall 202 8

  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort with email and document drafting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (for data entry and reporting support)
  • Strong grasp of the music industry, as a fan and/or a professional in the space (Billboard charting, trends, fan communities, etc.)
  • Experience with presentation creation, particularly within Keynote & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) is required
  • Marketing copywriting for campaigns
  • Test-and-learn mindset
  • Basic Photoshop skills (resizing, cropping, text updates, and color adjustments)
  • Genuine interest in music and fan communities
  • Consumer marketing experience/Understands "fan mentality"

Responsibilities

  • Working with different internal teams to get product information for set up sheets
  • Submitting comp-orders for various stakeholders
  • Staying informed on incoming shipments, tracking, etc.
  • Flagging updates to stores as needed
  • Draft new project kick-off emails for artist or label campaigns
  • Own updating the Case Study Decks (frontline, tour, catalog)
  • Compile competitive analyses of non-UMG artists & campaigns
