About The Position

AAM’s 2026 Summer Internship Program has opportunities in the following areas: Maintenance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Gears. AAM offers formal education opportunities to support your personal and professional development such as: Effective Communication, Career Planning & Development, Productivity Skills, Building a Network, Interviewing Techniques, AAM Product Awareness, and Leadership Introductions. This internship will run from May through August. Job Description: Learn new skills while gaining real experience. As an intern, you will learn valuable skills to propel your future and have hands on experience in the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled fulltime at an accredited educational institution or technical school.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Available to work at least 40 hours per week
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Graduation date of December 2026 or later
