2026 Summer Intern - Regev Lab - Spatial Readout

RocheSouth San Francisco, CA
1d$50 - $50Onsite

About The Position

Regev lab is seeking a talented and highly motivated intern with a strong experimental and/or computational background. This project addresses the challenge of understanding how localized molecular factors modulate biological responses within complex tissue environments. To bridge the gap between discovery and functional efficacy, we utilize a spatially resolved, in vivo screening platform. This system enables the systematic evaluation of how local perturbations remodel their surrounding environment and drive specific functional signatures at scale. The intern will focus on the spatial readout and phenotypic characterization of these perturbations. The goal is to deconvolve how specific localized factors drive distinct biological phenotypes using high-resolution tissue profiling and in situ analysis. By combining advanced biochemical assay development with spatial mapping, this work aims to map the functional architecture of complex tissue systems.
