Regev lab is seeking a talented and highly motivated intern with a strong computational and analytical background in computational biology. This project aims to decode the genetic circuitry of human immune cells by analyzing high-dimensional perturbation datasets. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. By applying rigorous statistical methods, the research focuses on interpreting and analyzing cell states to determine how genetic interventions drive phenotypic shifts. A key objective is to relate transcriptomic profiles to broader biological contexts, bridging the gap between gene expression and functional outcomes to map the rules governing immune cell behavior. Program Highlights Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship. Program start dates are in May/June 2026. A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
