US Policy and Evidence is looking for an intern to support the team’s work in the analysis and development of policy solutions to improve affordability and equitable access for patients, support a more sustainable market-based system, and advance business objectives. Interns can expect to: Analyze federal and state policy proposals for business impact and draft related memos; Support the development of proactive policy solutions to improve patient access to innovative medicines; Support government affairs and advocacy team projects, events, and other activities, as needed; Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to better understand business operations and the impact to the business of policy proposals; Develop valuable skills, network, gain exposure to policymaking and advocacy. Program Highlights Intensive 12-weeks , full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship. Program start dates are in May/June (Summer) A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry. Attend policy events in Washington, DC.
