The Product Development Global Clinical Operations (PDG) department is accountable for developing and delivering patient-centered operational strategies to recruit and retain patients for Roche and Genentech Phase 1b through Phase IV clinical trials, delivering data that improves health outcomes around the world. The Analytics and Portfolio Optimization (APO) team resides within PDG and collaborates across the enterprise to deliver valuable, data-driven insights and develop enabling analytics to optimize study delivery. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. The Opportunity Collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop analytical solutions, gain alignment and deliver impactful business insights; engage stakeholders to enable better decision-making. Develop tools and methodologies for automating data processing, cleaning, and delivering analyses and business solutions to PDG. Explore various Large Language Models (LLMs) and orchestrations to develop autonomous solutions that augment clinical operations. Participate in a product team and support product innovation, development, and adoption. Program Highlights 12 months, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship. Program start dates are in May/June 2026. A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the Internship.
