About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Software Development Intern to join our team and contribute to the advancement of our internal digital tools. This role is integral to our Continuous Improvement initiatives, focusing on the development of solutions that enhance site performance data management and visualizations. As a Software Development Intern, you will be involved in the creation and optimization of digital tools, including SharePoint and webpage development, aimed at improving data collection processes and user interfaces related to Tier management optimization.

Requirements

  • Applicants must attend an accredited university in Puerto Rico or reside in Puerto Rico.
  • Seniors graduating in Spring or Summer 2026 are eligible to apply only if they will be continuing their education for the following semester (Fall 2026).
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, VBA, SQL, Tableau, JSX, and/or JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain both back-end and front-end components of internal tools.
  • Optimize data management architecture and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
