About The Position

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. At a Glance You're a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university. This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. In addition to the role-based projects you'll work on, you'll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor. The Spectrum Internship Experience You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company. Build connections with our team members and senior leaders who can help you better understand what our business looks like and what it's like to work here. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams - your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Business Planning team with day-to-day operations that include capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements and integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
  • Completing two roadmap projects to drive process efficiencies
  • Identifying opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance
