About The Position

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. At a Glance You're a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university. This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. In addition to the role-based projects you'll work on, you'll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor. The Spectrum Internship Experience You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams - your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Business Planning team with day-to-day operations that include capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements and integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
• Completing two roadmap projects to drive process efficiencies
• Identifying opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance
• Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
